Rachel Christensen

After graduating from University of Arizona with multiple areas of study she moved to La Jolla California, her favorite place on the map. Soon after landing, Rachel was recruited by a leading local commercial real estate and development company. During 2008, Rachel headed the Operations Division for a $200,000,000 hotel project including a spa, restaurants, marina and retail division. Working as the liaison to City Officials, Port Personnel, Non-Profit Organizations, Legal and Finance Divisions, Rachel gained the respect of San Diego's "Who's Who."
Having succeeded in managing the daily operations of a multi-faceted development project, it was clear that real estate was a natural specialty. Looking to share this talent with the public, Rachel has opened a new door to help her clients navigate the upper-end coastal residential market.
